更昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of Ganciclovir combined with Interferon in the treatment of pediatric viral encephalitis.MethodsAll the 60 patients with pediatric viral encephalitis who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Ganciclovir,the observation group was treated with Ganciclovir combined with Recombinant Human Interferon on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as fever,headache,vomiting,anemia,malnutrition,confusion and abnormal EEG in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Ganciclovir combined with Interferon in the treatment of pediatric viral encephalitis is significant,which has a high clinical value.
