分娩镇痛联合自由体位分娩对初产妇的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo approach influence of unipara by labor analgesia combined with labor in liberal position.MethodsThe clinical data of 200 uniparas in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were analyzed,which was divided into two groups by different delivery mode,100 cases of control group(conventional position childbirth)and 100 cases of detection group(labor analgesia combined with labor in liberal position).The each labor time,delivery outcome,neuropathic pain scale of two groups were detected.ResultsThe first,second,and third stage of labor of the detection group were shorter than those of the control group,the eutocia,cesarean delivery and episiotomy of detection group were lower than those of the control group,the grading chronic pain severity of detection group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of unipara by labor analgesia combined with labor in liberal position can shorten labor time,decrease neuropathic pain scale,it is worthy of clinical application.
