Investigation analyzing of vaccination grid management for floating children |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the investigation of vaccination grid management for floating children.MethodsThe vaccination of 5000 children aged 0-6 years in Longdong Community from September 2016 to April 2017 were investigated by means of census methods,300 cases were extracted for parent questionnaire investigation,the influence factor of vaccination grid management were explored by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.ResultsThe inoculation rate of BCG,Hep B×3,OPV×3,OPV④,DPT×3,DPT④,MV①,MV②,Meningococcus A×2,Meningococcus A+C①,Hep A were 99.56%,95.56%,94.35%,61.47%,95.69%,86.19%,89.42%,88.89%,96.93%,87.37%,92.71%,72.64%,87.82%,respectively. Whether or not to enter the kindergarten or enter the school should be confirmed by the vaccination certificate was the main factor affecting the whole coverage rate of"five seedlings" (P<0.05).Conclusion Analyzing vaccination grid management for floating children can provide reliable theoretical basis for guiding vaccination.
