Effect of different mechanical ventilation modes on hemodynamics of neonatal meconium inhalation syndrome |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different mechanical ventilation patterns on hemodynamics of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome.MethodsA total of 104 cases of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome from January 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study object,they were divided into conventional ventilation group and high frequency ventilation group by random number table,each group of 52 cases.The conventional ventilation group was treated by constant frequency mechanical ventilation,the high frequency ventilation group was treated by high frequency oscillating mechanical ventilation.The effective rate,time of ventilator,hospitalization time were compared between the two groups;the pressure of oxygen,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide,the stroke volume and the pulse index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the high frequency ventilation group was higher than that of the conventional ventilation group (P<0.05).The time of ventilator,hospitalization time of the high frequency ventilation group were shorter than those of the conventional ventilation group(P<0.01).The oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure,stroke volume and pulse index were similar in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the partial pressure of oxygen and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the high frequency ventilation group were significantly better than those in the conventional ventilation group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in stroke volume,pulsatility index and before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe high frequency mechanical ventilation model can improve the hemodynamics of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome,improve the results of blood gas analysis,shorten the time of ventilator treatment and the time of hospitalization,and improve the prognosis of children.
