ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Root-Securing Flood-Stanching Decoction combined with acupuncture in treatment of qi-dificiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.Methods60 patients with qi-dificiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treated in our hospital from November 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in the treatment group were given Root-Securing Flood-Stanching Decoction combined with acupuncture(Yinbai,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan)for 7 days,and those in the control group were given 8 mg of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate,once every 8 hours,decreasing for 1/3 every 3 days,totally for 9 days to stop drug.The effective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reaction and the recurrence rate between two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment was 93.33%in the treatment group,which was lower than that in the control group,but showing no significant difference (P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group (23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionRoot-Securing Flood-Stanching Decoction combined with acupuncture in treatment of qi-dificiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is better than western medicine,and it has a clinical promotion value.
