心理催眠暗示法对瘢痕子宫特征患者剖宫产术中小剂量罗哌卡因的麻醉影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of psychological hypnotic implication on the anesthesia with small and medium dose Ropivacaine in cesarean section.Methods70 cases of cesarean section patients with scar uterus characteristics in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given topical anesthesia with 1%Ropivacaine 1.0 ml(10 mg),while patients in the observation group were given hypnosis on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,the onset time of sensory and motion,time of postoperative analgesia and neonatal Apgar scores were compared between two groups.ResultsThe VAS scores at 10 min,30 min on intraoperation and 10 min,1 h,24 h on postoperation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the onset time of sensory and motion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,time of postoperative analgesia was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference on neonatal Apgar scores between two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe anesthesia effectiveness which combines the ropivacaine with hypnosis is well-tried in the patients with cesarean section scar uterus characteristics,which effectively reduce postoperative pain and psychological discomfort.
