Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and safety of Sanren Decoction adding and subtracting for adjuvant treatment of western medicine treating chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods68 inhospital patients who diagnosed as chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,and each group was 34 cases.The control group was used basic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was used basic treatment of western medicine combined with Sanren Decoction adding and subtracting.Before and after treatment,the change of walking distance of 6-MWT,LVEF and LVESD were observed in two groups.After treatment,the treatment effect between two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in observation group and control group were respectively 94.11%and 70.60%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the walking distance of the 6 min walking test increased,LVEF increased,and the LVESD decreased (P<0.05).ConclusionSanren Decoction adding and subtracting for adjuvant treatment of western medicine treating chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease has good clinical effect and safety.
