Application value of CT combined with percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer |

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application value of CT combined with percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer.Methods60 Patients with small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital form January to December 2016 were selected and they were given CT scan,percutaneous puncture biopsy and pathological examination of the joint inspection,pathological examination was selected as the gold standard,CT scan imaging characteristics was observed and diagnostic coincidence rate was compared.ResultsThe coincidence rate of CT combined with percutaneous biopsy (96.67%)was higher than that of CT examination or percutaneous puncture biopsy(76.67%,80.00%)(P<0.05),and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive rate was 82.76%,50.00%,97.96%respectively.The detection rate of the lesions located in the left lung,right lung and mediastinum was 40.00%,55.00%and 5.00%respectively.The detection rate of central lung cancer and peripheral lung cancer was 53.33%and 46.67%,respectively.ConclusionThe coincidence rate of CT combined with percutaneous puncture biopsy is higher in diagnosis of small cell lung cancer,and it is convenient for clinical early detection and treatment for patients,and it can prolong the survival time of patients and improve their quality of life,and the clinical application is high.
