Abstract As a modern management tool,delicacy management is not only the need of the hospital′s own development, but also the inevitable choice of the hospital to surpass the competition and adapt to the social progress.Specialization as the premise,systematization as the guarantee,datamation as the basis,and informationization as the means,delicate planning is done for delicacy analysis,which are the powerful means to obtain core competition for hospital.Try to attract every employee to join in the quality-related activities in the whole management,constantly pursue the improvement of quality in order to achieve patient′s satisfaction and increase hospital competitiveness.From the aspects of hospital quality control,hospital management,and management of functional departments,the paper clarifies the long-term important significance of implementing delicacy management for the hospital.
