Comparison of application value of X-ray and CT plain scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures |

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the value of X-ray and CT plain scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures.Methods98 patients with tibial fractures in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent X-ray and CT plain scan and three-dimensional reconstruction.According to the results of the examination,tibial fractures was diagnosed by the doctors.The number of diagnosed and misdiagnosed patients were calculated.The diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were used as the observation indexes to compare the effect of different examination methods to judge the clinical application value.ResultsThe number of confirmed X-ray examination was 67 cases,the diagnosis rate was 68.37%.The number of suspected fractures was 7 cases,accounting for 7.14%.The number of misdiagnosed patients was 24 cases,the misdiagnosis rate was 24.49%.The number of diagnosed patients by CT scan and 3D reconstruction was 82 cases,accounting for 83.67%. The number of suspected fractures was 6 cases,accounting for 6.12%.After three-dimensional CT reconstruction,the number of misdiagnosed patients was 10 cases,and the misdiagnosis rate was 10.20%.There was significant difference in the misdiagnosis rate and the diagnosis rate between the two geoups(P<0.05).ConclusionCT plain scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction has important positive significance for the diagnosis of suspicious fractures,and has a higher clinical application value.However,X-ray plays a key role in showing the morphology and appearance of fractures,and the results of the two methods is better.
