对伤口造口患者行规范化护理管理的效果分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing management on patients with wound stoma. Methods 96 cases of patients with wound stoma in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with a total of 48 cases.The control group was treated with conventional ostomy wound nursing,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of standardized management of nursing records,two groups of patients after nursing and scored ostomy wound incidence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results the observation group wound score[(94.87±0.75)points],stoma[(95.47±0.51)points]score and incontinence score[(97.25±1.01)points]was significantly higher than the control group [(45.38±1.68),(37.62±1.25)points]and[(48.66±1.52)points],the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);observation group high incidence of pressure ulcers(0%)and the total incidence rate(6.25%)was lower than that of the control group(8.33%)and(22.92%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%(n=46),and the control group was 72.92%(n=35).The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing management can significantly improve patients'wound wound score in wound care of colostomy patients,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer patients,application effect,promote the positive significance to improve the clinical nursing satisfaction,is worthy of clinical use.
