Objective To exp1ore the corre1ation between adiponectin（APN），brain natriuretic peptide（BNP），HFEI and chronic heart fai1ure（CHF）.Methods 90 patients with chronic heart fai1ure who were admitted to our hospita1 from Ju-1y 2012 to August 2014 were se1ected in the experiment group，and 90 hea1thy subjects during the same period of time were se1ected in the contro1 group.APN and BNP 1eve1s in the two groups of subjects were tested，and HFEI was ca1cu-1ated.Results Compared with the contro1 group，APN，BNP and HFEI were re1ative1y higher in the experiment group，and the differences between the two groups were statistica11y significant（P＜0.05）；with patient＇s conditions becoming severe，APN and BNP gradua11y increased，and the differences were statistica11y significant（P＜0.05）；APN 1eve1 in the experiment group was positive corre1ated with BNP　（r=0.503，P＜0.05），and APN 1eve1 was positive corre1ated with HFEI（r= 0.237，P＜0.05）.Conclusion Serum APN and BNP 1eve1s are significant1y increased in the patients with CHF.The more severe the patients＇cardiac functions are，the higher the 1eve1s are increased，so attention shou1d be paid to it in c1inica1 works.
