Objective To explore the effect of active thermal insulation nursing intervention during operation on placental cesarean section for postpartum hypothermia. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 80 cases of maternal cesarean section who were treated in Nanchang Ren′ai Maternity Hospital in Jiangxi Province with placenta previa between January 2018 and December 2019, and 40 cases of women with routine thermal insulation during operation were included in the control group.Parturients who took active thermal care interventions were included in the study group. The temperature changes, tremor scores, and hypothermia chilling rates of the two groups at different times were compared. Results Before anesthesia(T0),there was no statistically significant difference in body temperature between the two groups (P>0.05); after the onset of anesthesia (T1), after fetal delivery (T2), and at the end of the operation (T3),the body temperature of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the tremor score and the incidence of hypothermia and chills in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative active thermal care can reduce the incidence of hypothermia and tremor in women undergoing placenta previa cesarean section, and reduce the degree of chills.
