Abstract:Objective To explore the adverse influencing factors of male pre-pregnancy eugenic health status. Methods A total of 6156 men who underwent pregnancy test admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiamen Tong′an District from March 13, 2016 to March 15, 2020 were selected as the research subjects, all the clinical data were investigated to analyze the adverse influencing factors of male pre-pregnancy eugenic health status. Results There were 2845 male patients with abnormal results, which was the abnormal result group, and 3311 healthy patients, which was the healthy condition group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of reproductive diseases, poor working environment, history of alcohol consumption, smoking, education and age (P<0.05).The main adverse factors affecting male pre-pregnancy health status were age≥36 years old, reproductive system disease, poor working environment, history of drinking, smoking, junior middle school education or below. Conclusion Educational background, living habits, environment, reproductive system diseases, and age are the main factors leading to male eugenic health status before pregnancy. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate their living habits and emphasize the importance of eugenic examination before pregnancy, so as to promote eugenics and childbearing and prevent Birth defects.
