泪道探通术联合典必殊眼膏填充治疗婴儿泪道阻塞的临床研究

摘要目的探讨泪道探通术联合典必殊眼膏填充治疗婴儿泪道阻塞的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月～2019年1月我院收治的100例泪道阻塞患儿作为研究对象，随机分为研究组（50例）与对照组（50例）。对照组采用单纯泪道探通术治疗，研究组采用泪道探通术联合典必殊眼膏填充治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率及复发率；比较两组患儿家属对治疗的总满意度。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率、家属治疗总满意度显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿随访1、3个月时的复发率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对泪道阻塞患儿采用泪道探通术联合典必殊眼膏填充治疗可以明显提高患儿的临床治疗效果，降低复发率，还能提高患儿家属对治疗的满意度，在临床上可以大力推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of lacrimal passage probing combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment in the treatment of infant lacrimal passage obstruction.Methods A total of 100 children with lacrimal duct obstruction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with lacrimal passage probing alone,while the study group was treated with lacrimal passage probing combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared,and the total satisfaction degree of the family members of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and the total satisfaction of family members in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 1 or 3 months of follow-up,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lacrimal passage probing combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment filling therapy for children with lacrimal passage obstruction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children,reduce the recurrence rate,but also increase the satisfaction of family members of children with treatment,which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
