Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of lacrimal passage probing combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment in the treatment of infant lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods A total of 100 children with lacrimal duct obstruction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases). The control group was treated with lacrimal passage probing alone, while the study group was treated with lacrimal passage probing combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, and the total satisfaction degree of the family members of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and the total satisfaction of family members in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 1 or 3 months of follow-up,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lacrimal passage probing combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Ointment filling therapy for children with lacrimal passage obstruction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children, reduce the recurrence rate, but also increase the satisfaction of family members of children with treatment, which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
