Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 6(SRSF6)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Seventy-five patients with NSCLC admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues according to the different samples, the expression of SRSF6 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method, the relationship between the expression of SRSF6 and gender, age, clinical stage, distant metastasis and differentiation of NSCLC was also analyzed. Results The positive expression of SRSF6 in NSCLC tissues was (1.65±0.48)%,which was significantly higher than(0.57±0.23)%in adjacent tissues, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).To investigate the relationship between SRSF6 and clinical parameters of patients with NSCLC,and according to the expression intensity of SRSF6 in lung cancer tissues,SRSF6 was divided into four groups:-,+,++,+++,it was found that SRSF6 expression was not related to age and sex of patients with NSCLC,and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).There were significant differences in clinical stage, distant metastasis and differentiation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SRSF6 is less expressed in adjacent tissues and highly expressed in NSCLC,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC,and helps to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
