Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of different test methods in bacterial vaginitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with suspected bacterial vaginitis admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, People′s Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City, from January to June, 2018, were selected as research objects. Bacterial vaginitis rapid detection method, lactic acid bacillus detection method, pH detection method and amine test detection method were used to detect the vaginal secretions of patients. The detection rate, sensitivity and specificity of the four methods were compared. Results The detection rate, sensitivity and specificity of the bacterial vaginitis rapid detection method were higher than those of lactic acid bacillus detection method, pH detection method and amine test detection method, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the bacterial vaginitis test, the bacterial vaginitis rapid detection method should be given priority, the clinical test effect is remarkable and has high clinical application value.
