Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy in the treatment of gallstone. Methods A total of 70 patients with gallstone admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed, and the operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative hemorrhage and the total incidence rate of complication of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time, hospitalization time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy in the treatment of gallstone is the same as that of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, without increasing complications.
