大健康时代护理专业学位研究生培养模式探析

摘要本文系统阐述了护理专业学位研究生培养模式发展至今的现状及存在的问题，通过结合大健康时代的政策方针与社会需求，分析问题存在的原因并提出合理有效的应对措施。同时，从我国高校护理专业培养人才和社会发展对于高级护理人才的实际需求出发，探究大健康视角下护理专业学位研究生培养模式的构建与完善方式，为下一阶段护理专业型研究生的创新型、驱动型培养模式提供理论依据与实践经验，以期助力推动我国护理专业学位研究生事业的繁荣发展。

Abstract：The paper systematically expounds the status quo and existing problems of the development of the nursing post degree training model.By combining the policy guidelines and social needs of the big health era, it analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes reasonable and effective countermeasures.At the same time, starting from the actual needs of senior nursing talents in the nursing professional training and social development of colleges and universities in China, this paper explores the construction and perfection of the training model of nursing professional degree under the perspective of great health, which is the innovative and driven for the next stage of nursing professional graduate students.The mode of training provides theoretical basis and practical experience, with a view to helping to promote the prosperity and development of the postgraduate career in nursing profession in China.
