Abstract:This paper refers to the literature on the planting and processing of Angelica Sinensis after 2010, the contents of volatile oil, polysaccharide and ferulic acid in Angelica Sinensis are used as evaluation indexes, the effects of different producing areas, harvesting time and processing on the contents of volatile oil, polysaccharide and ferulic acid in Angelica Sinensis are reviewed and discussed, it provides a theoretical basis for further clarifying the authenticity of Angelica Sinensis.
