Abstract:Objective To compare the difference in naringin content between fruits of Exocarpium Citri Grandis at different diameters using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Methods A total of 25 batches of Exocarpium Citri Grandis fruits at different diameters were crushed through No.3 sieve, and naringin was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol. The column of Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used, the mobile phase was methanol and 6%acetic acid water with the ratio of 35:65,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 25°C.The detection wavelength was 283 nm,and sample injection in 20 μl was for detection. Results The standard curve of the determination method was y=16.8568x+3.2460 (r=0.9999),and the linearity was good in the range of 0-80 μg/ml.The lowest quantitative concentration was 6.67 μg/ml(signal to noise ratio was 10:1).The average recovery rate of three concentrations was 99.66%,and the RSD was 1.2%.The repeatability, precision, and stability all met the requirements. The naringin content was between 3.26%and 28.56%.Conclusion There is a significant difference in the content of naringin in Exocarpium Citri Grandis fruits at different diameters, which is worth promoting young fruit of Exocarpium Citri Grandis as a medicinal resource.
