Effect of the expression level of Th1/Th2 cell line in asthma BALB/c mice immunized with Dust Mite Nano Vaccine

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the expression level of Th1/Th2 cell line in asthma BALB/c mice immunized with Dust Mite Nano Vaccine.Methods A total of 60 female mice were randomly divided into the asthma model group,the vaccine treatment group and the negative control group,with 20 mice in each group.After the models were established,the vaccine treatment group was treated with the Dust Mite Nano Vaccine,while the asthma model group and the negative control group were given normal saline.Peripheral blood was taken to measure the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-5 in peripheral blood after the completion of the model and the end of the treatment course.Results After successful modeling,the levels of Th1 cytokine IFN-γ in the asthma model group and the vaccine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the negative control group,Th2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-5 were significantly higher than those in the negative control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the IFN-γ in the vaccine treatment group was higher than that after modeling,IL-4 and IL-5 were significantly lower than those after modeling,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IFN-γ in the asthma model group([82.74±13.27]ng/L)and the vaccine treatment group([101.47±15.44]ng/L)were significantly lower than that in the negative control group ([112.37±16.47]ng/L),IL-4 in the asthma model group([30.16±2.62]ng/L)and the vaccine treatment group([22.36±2.23]ng/L)were higher than that in the negative control group([18.32±1.41]ng/L),IL-5 in the asthma model group([30.74±4.53]ng/L)and the vaccine treatment group([16.36±2.97]ng/L)were higher than that in the negative control group ([12.46±2.68]ng/L),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Th1/Th2 cell line expression between the asthma model group and the vaccine treatment group (P>0.05).Conclusion Dust Mite Nano Vaccine can significantly correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cell line cytokine expression function in asthma BALB/c mice.
