Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of rectal mucosa resection via anal stapling and transrectal closed repair in the treatment of rectocele.MethodsFrom January 20 in 2016 to January 20 in 2017,40 patients with rectocele treated in our hospital were enrolled and evenly divided into the control group and the observation group by computer matching.In the control group,transrectal closed repair was used,while in the observation group,rectal mucosa resection via anal stapling was adopted.The clinical indicators and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding and frequency of using analgesic drugs were less compared with the control group,with significiant differences(P＜0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group (95.00%)was higher than that in the control group (70.00%),with significiant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionApplication of rectal mucosa resection via anal stapling can effectively improve patient′s clinical indexes,with remarkable effect,which is worthy of study.
