Abstract:Objective To exp1ore active regu1ating effect of PM2.5 exposure for peritonea1 macrophages of tumor-bearing mice with 1ung cancer treated by bruceo1ic oi1 emu1sion. Methods 32 mouse mode1s in tumor-bearing A549 ce11 in 1ung cancer were random1y divided into 4 groups:treatment group 1 (bruceo1ic oi1 emu1sion treatment group) and contro1 group 1,treatment group 2 (PM2.5 exposure combined with bruceo1ic oi1 emu1sion treatment group) and contro1 group 2. Each group had eight mice.Peritonea1 macrophages from these mice were co11ected and 520 nm absorbance degree va1-ue was detected. Results phagocytic abi1ity of peritonea1 macrophage indicated that treatment group 1 was higher than that of contro1 group 1,and there was a statistica1 difference (P<0.05).The phagocytic abi1ity in the treatment group 2 was 1ower than that of contro1 group 2,and the phagocytic abi1ity in the treatment group 1 was higher than that of treatment group 2,and there was a statistica1 difference (P<0.01). Conclusion PM2.5 exposure has inhibiting effect for activity of peritonea1 macrophages in tumor-bearing mice with 1ung cancer treated by bruceo1ic oi1 emu1sion.
