伊布利特在房颤、房扑中的临床应用

摘要伊布利特是一种新型Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物，主要通过延长动作电位时程发挥作用。伊布利特可以应用于新发的、射频消融术后复发的和心脏手术后的房颤、房扑，与其他抗心律失常的药物相比有起效快、疗效高等特点。伊布利特最严重的不良反应为尖端扭转型室速（TdP），可以通过预先给予硫酸镁等措施来降低TdP的发生率。

Abstract：Ibutilide is a new type of classⅢ anti-arrhythmic drugs，mainly by extending the action potential to work. Ibutilide can be applied to the new-onset atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter.It can be also applied to atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter after radiofrequency ablation or after cardiac surgery.Compared with other antiarrhythmic drugs it has quick effect and high curative effect.The most serious adverse reaction of ibutilideis cutting-edge reverse type of ventricular tachycardia.It can be reduced by giving magnesium sulfate or other measures.
