Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of reducing the injection rate of peripheral venous infusion in outpatient injection by using quality control circle.MethodsIn order to"reduce the infusion rate of peripheral intravenous infusion of outpatient infusion",the group of quality control circle was established from March to September 2016,the method of Brainstorming,Fishbone diagram and Platon method were used to analyze themain cause of the high rate of re injection,the changes of peripheral venous infusion rate of peripheral venous infusion in patientswere compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle.ResultsAfter the implementation of the quality control circle, the injection ratewas 4.2%,which was significantly lower than before implementation(25.7%),the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The improvement rate was 83.7%,compared with the prior to the implementation,after the implementation of quality control circle activity room transfusion puncture nurses technical level,work enthusiasm,health education ability,team to assist the ability,solve problem ability,communication ability to communicate,quality control techniqueswere improved.ConclusionQuality control circle is helpful to reduce the infusion rate of peripheral venous infusion in outpatient infusion and improve the quality of nursing,It isworthy of popularization and application.
