Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Chemical Peel combined with Adapalene Gel for external use treating mild to moderate acne.Methods200 patients with mild to moderate acne treated by our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as object.They were randomly divided into two groups,and each grroup had 100 cases. The observation group was treated by Chemical Peel combined with Adapalene Gel for external use,while the control group was treated by simple Adapalene Gel.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in patients of the observation group(97.0%)was higher than that of the control group(49.0%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference of lesion count for acne,papules and pustules and so on between two groups(P>0.05),and lesion count for acne,papules and pustules and so on in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).All patients had no systemic adverse reactions.There was 2 cases respectively with skin lesion site in drug for exterior use having local redness and itching,tight feeling in the observation group and control group,then patients were asked to reduce the dosage of ointment to continue medication,and patients had no complaint.ConclusionChemical Peel combined with Adapalene Gel for external use treating mild to moderate acne not only can effectively improve the clinical symptom of patients,but also improve their overall quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
