孟鲁司特钠治疗呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎的效果

摘要目的探究孟鲁司特钠在治疗呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）毛细支气管炎的效果。方法将2014年10月~2016年10月于我院儿科治疗的126例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为实验组（63例）和对照组（63例），对照组采用常规疗法，实验组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁斯特钠；评价指标包括治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能、复发率、不良反应发生率、住院时间和住院费用。结果实验组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），肺功能得到显著改善（P<0.05），复发率和不良反应率显著低于对照组（P<0.05），住院时间和住院费用较对照组明显减少（P<0.05）。结论孟鲁斯特钠联合常规疗法治疗呼吸道合胞病毒性毛细支气管炎的效果显著，复发率低、不良反应少，效费比高。

Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Montelukast in the treatment of suffocative bronchitis with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).Methods From October 2014 to October 2016,126 children with suffocative bronchitis with RSV were randomly divided into control(63 cases)and treatment group(63 cases).Infants in control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated by Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets combined with conventional therapy.The efficacy of treatments,pulmonary function tests,recurrence rate,incidence rate of adverse reaction,hospitalization day and total cost were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function was obviously improved(P<0.05).The rate of recurrence and incidence rate of adverse reaction in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P< 0.05).Hospitalization day and total cost of experimental group were reduced compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined withconventional therapy is a high-efficiency and cost-effective therapy in treatment of suffocative bronchitis with RSV.
