Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of small incision minimally invasive in the treatment of fresh rupture of achilles tendon. Methods 120 patients with fresh rupture of achilles tendon from March 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The observation group was given small incision minimally invasive and the control group was treated with general incision. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The complete recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference of the maximum circumference between the two sides of the observation group was less than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using small incision minimally invasive in the treatment of fresh rupture of achilles tendon can not only reduce the complications such as infection, tendon rupture, adhesion after operation, but also improve the perimeter difference of bilateral crus, shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time.
