Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of positive psychology in the work of providing for the aged.Methods83 elderly patients in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,43 cases were in the intervention group,40 cases were in the control group.The control group was given routine health education and general psychological nursing,the intervention group was given positive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group,two groups of patients at the same time to intervene,the intervention time was 1 month.The life satisfaction scale and patient satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect of the two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there were no significantly different betweeen life satisfaction in two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the life satisfaction in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).,and that in the intervention group[(29.48±4.17)points]was higher than that in the control group[(23.26±4.46)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the intervention group (95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe use of positive psychology to the positive psychological intervention on elderly patients,is helpful to cultivate the positive psychology of elderly patients,improve the elderly psychological quality and happiness management ability,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,positive impact on quality of life in patients with the.
