Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of fetal foot traction in head presentation dystocia and changed to cesarean section.MethodsFrom May 2015 to May 2016,65 maternal who with cephalic dystocia but uterine orifice nearly all open or fully open and delivered in our hospital were selected as study the objects,and they were divided into group A and group B by using random number table.33 patients in group A delivered the fetus by the assistant on the top of the head of the vagina,and the fetal foot traction was carried in 32 maternal of the group B during the operation.The incidence of maternal and fetal complications between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation effect in group B was obvious better than group A.The complications of asphyxia neonatorum,intracranial hemorrhage, laceration of uterus,postoperative infection,late postoperative hemorrhage in group B were obvious lower than those in group A,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFetal foot traction in head presentation dystocia and changed to cesarean section can improve the operation effect,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and postoperative complications,ensure the safety of newborns and mothers and worthy of popularization and application.
