补中益气法联合泼尼松对慢性型特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板数量的临床干预研究

摘要目的观察补中益气法配合泼尼松在慢性型特发性血小板减少性紫癜（CITP）患者血小板数量的干预效果。方法选取本院2013年9月～2014年9月收治的108例CITP患者作为观察对象，随机分为观察组（54例）与对照组（54例）。对照组给予泼尼松西药治疗，观察组在泼尼松治疗的基础上行补中益气中医药治疗，观察两组的血小板数量变化。结果观察组治疗后3个月与半年的血小板水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的临床总有效率为88.889%，高于对照组的74.074%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在泼尼松基础上应用补中益气中医药疗法对CITP患者血小板与出血症状的临床干预效果更佳，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the intervention effect of Buzhong Yiqi method combined with Prednisone on platelet count in chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (CITP).MethodsFrom September 2013 to September 2014,108 CITP patients treated in our hospital were selected as observation objects.They were evenly divided into the observation group and the control group in random,54 cases in each group.In the control group,Prednisone was used,while in the observation group,on the basis of the Prednisone,Buzhong Yiqi method was added.The change of platelet count in the two groups was observed.ResultsThe platelet count in the observation group after 3 or 6 months treatment was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 88.889%,which was much higher than that in the control group accounting for 74.074%,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor CITP patients,on the basis of Prednisone,application of Buzhong Yiqi method can obtain a more favorable clinical effect on intervening with platelet count and hemorrhage,which is worthy of promotion and application.
