Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of individualized teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department.MethodsFrom August 2014 to April 2016,121 nursing students in neurology department of our hospital were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group(53 cases)and the control group(68 cases).The control group was used the traditional mode of teaching,the experimental group was used personalized teaching method.The effects of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe theoretical knowledge assessment and skill assessment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The scores of learning interest,self-study ability,problem analysis ability,problem-solving ability and service consciousness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The satisfaction degree of teaching methods,teaching quality and teaching management in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).In the terms of patient satisfaction degree,the satisfaction degree of operation skills,health education,nurse patient communication and service attitude in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).ConclusionThe individualized teaching method can not only improve the learning enthusiasm of the nurses in the department of neurology,but also improve the performance of the theory and skills,enhance the sense of identity and improve the teaching quality.
