Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of moderate cancer pain. Methods From January 2014 to December 2018,100 patients with moderate cancer pain were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group (n=50) and study group (n=50).The patients in the control group were treated with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets, and the patients in the study group were treated with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets. The analgesic effect, quality of life scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the control group (82.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence rates of constipation, nausea, dizziness, lethargy and dysuria in the study group were 14.00%,16.00%,2.00%,6.00% and 2.00%,respectively,which were not significantly different from those in the control group (16.00%,14.00%,8.00%,4.00%,P>0.05).Before treatment, the appetite score of the study group was (1.75±0.55) points, mental state score of the study group was (1.65±0.70) points, sleep score of the study group was (1.80±0.65) points and daily living ability score of the study group was (1.95±0.70) points, compared with the control group [(1.70±0.60),(1.60±0.75),(1.85±0.60),(1.90±0.75) points],there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).The scores of quality of life after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the appetite score of the study group was (3.80±0.35) points, mental state score of the study group was (4.25±0.60) points, sleep score of the study group was (4.10±0.70) points and daily living ability score of the study group was (3.15±0.60) points, compared with the control group [(3.65±0.40),(4.15±0.55),(3.95±0.85),(3.05±0.45) points],there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of moderate cancer pain is accurate, which can effectively improve the quality of life after treatment and improve the clinical efficacy, and the incidence of adverse reactions is not increased,so it has important clinical application value.
