Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the influencing factors of parental rearing style of adolescent depression. Methods A total of 100 adolescents with depression admitted to the Department of Psychological Adjustment of the Second People′s Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 100 adolescents with healthy physical examination from the Department of Psychological Adjustment of the Second People′s Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the control group. The age, gender, living environment, family income and other factors of the two groups were compared, and their parents′ parental rearing style was evaluated, and the influencing factors of parental parenting style of adolescent depression were analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age, gender, living environment, family annual income and other general information (P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in parents′ age, educational level, marital relationship and other general information (P>0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that the scores of paternal preference of the subjects and paternal denial in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of maternal punishment and severity, maternal excessive interference and maternal preference were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that paternal preference of the subjects score (β=0.564,SE=0.048,standard regression coefficient=0.466,t=8.957,P=0.0004),paternal rejection score (β=0.879,SE=0.189,standard regression coefficient=0.267,t=5.998,P=0.0008),maternal punishment and severity score (β=0.747,SE=0.057,standard regression coefficient=0.526,t=9.974,P=0.0002),maternal excessive interference score (β=0.667,SE=0.042,standard regression coefficient=0.608,t=7.584,P=0.0003) and maternal preference score (β=0.555,SE=0.038,standard regression coefficient=0.559,t=7.978,P=0.0003) were risk factors for adolescent depression (P<0.05). Conclusion The parents′ family education is the key factor that affects the depression of adolescents. It is suggested that the relevant measures should be implemented in an effective way to improve the negative emotions of depressed adolescents,so as to reduce the incidence rate of depression in adolescents.
