Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and safety of intravesical infusion of Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate Solution in the treatment of overactive bladder(OAB).Methods From June 2016 to December 2019,150 patients with OAB diagnosed in the Outpatient Department of Pingxiang People′s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate group and the Solinacine group according to random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate group was intravesically perfused with Sodium Hyaluronate, and the Solinacine group was orally administered with Solinacin Succinate. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS),urodynamic parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment,The total score of OABSS and the scores of diurnal urination, nocturnal urination, urgent urination and urgent urinary incontinence in the Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate group were lower than those in the Solinacine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The volume at first desire and maximum cystometric capacity of the Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate group were higher than those of the Solinacine group, and the maximum urinary flow rate of the Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate group was lower than that of the Solinacine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate bladder perfusion is safe and effective in the treatment of OAB,which can effectively relieve OAB symptoms and improve bladder function. It is an optional treatment.
