Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction after gynecological surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received routine treatment after gynecological operation, and the observation group was given oral Xiaochaihu Decoction 6 h after operation on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, body temperature 72 h after operation, aerofluxus time, wound healing time,symptom score, hypersensitine C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The body temperature of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 72 h after surgery, and the exhaust time and wound healing time were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in syndrome score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). After intervention, the syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in hs-CRP levels between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). The hs-CRP level of the two groups after intervention were lower than before, and the hs-CRP level of the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The effect of xiaochaihu decoction after gynecological surgery is good, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,stabilize the body temperature within 72 h after surgery, shorten the exhaust time, speed up the wound healing, improve the level of hs-CRP, high safety.
