舍雷肽酶肠溶片联合鼻内糖皮质激素对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后黏膜恢复的疗效观察

摘要目的探讨舍雷肽酶肠溶片联合鼻内糖皮质激素对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后黏膜恢复的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月～2019年10月罗定市人民医院收治的44 例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（22 例）与对照组（22 例）。两组患者均完成功能性鼻内镜手术，对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂术后喷鼻，观察组则在对照组基础上口服舍雷肽酶肠溶片。比较两组治疗前后临床症状评分及Lund-Kennedy 评分变化。结果两组治疗前临床症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后两组的鼻塞、流脓涕、头痛及嗅觉下降评分均低于治疗前，且观察组各项评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗前Lund-Kennedy评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后两组的Lund-Kennedy 评分均低于治疗前，且观察组Lund-Kennedy评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者术后，采用舍雷肽酶肠溶片口服联合鼻内糖皮质激素喷鼻，可加强黏膜消肿作用，促进鼻腔鼻窦黏膜恢复，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Serrenopeptidase Enteric-coated Tablets combined with intranasal Glucocorticoid on nasal mucosal recovery after encloscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 44 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in Luoding People′s Hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group(22 cases)and control group(22 cases)according to random number table method.Functional nasal endoscopic surgery was performed in both groups.The control group was given Momethasone Furoate Nasal Spray after nasal spray,and the observation group was given Serrenopeptidase Entericcoated Tablets on the basis of the control group orally.Clinical symptom scores and Lund-Kennedy scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose,headache and decreased olfaction in the two groups were lower than before,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Lund-Kennedy scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Lund-Kennedy scores in both groups were lower than before,and Lund-Kennedy scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic sinusitis,Serrapeptase Enteric-coated Tablets orally combined with intranasal Glucocorticoid Nasal Spray can enhance the mucosal swelling reduction and promote the recovery of nasal cavity and sinus mucosa,which has good clinical application value.
