Study on decocting technology of Hugan Lishi Ointment

Abstract：Objective To optimize the decocting technology of Hugan Lishi Ointment.Methods L9(34)orthogonal test method was used with soaking time,water volume,decoction duration and number of times of decoction as the influencing factors.The content of peoniflorin and berberine hydrochloride were taken as the evaluation indices to optimize the decoction process of Hugan Lishi Ointment.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows,medicinal materials were soaked for 4 hours before extraction,and extracted with water volume of 8 times of the medicinal materials for two times,40 min each time.Conclusion The optimized decoction technology can provide reference for the production of Hugan Lishi Ointment.
