Abstract：With the continuous improvement of our people′s living standard,the incidence of ischemic stroke is increasing year by year,especially the incidence of sequelae and the incidence of recurrence after recovery have increased significantly,and there is a younger trend,which seriously affects people′s quality of life and physical and mental health.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of stroke,especially on the recovery of the treatment effect is obvious.Professor Li Changsheng believes that qi deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of ischemic stroke in the recovery period,over time,it will resolve phlegm and cause poison,and damage the spleen and kidney.According to the pathogenesis characteristics of ischemic stroke recovery period,he pays attention to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis during treatment,at the same time,replenishing qi and blood,regulate stomach and kidney,developed a series of empirical prescriptions with remarkable curative effect.
