Abstract:Objective To explore the main active ingredients and targets of the ″Fructus Ligustri Lucidi-Ecliptae Herba″ drug pair using the network pharmacology method, so as to study the mechanism of pharmacological action,and provide a new clue for further in-depth study of its pharmacological effect.Methods By searching the TCMSP database, combined the oral bioavailability and chemochemical property analysis, the effective components and target information of limond-inkwort were screened, and Cytoscape software was used to construct the component-target network to obtain the target information.Metascape system was used to annotate and analyze gene function and pathway.Results A total of 24 candidate active molecules were screened from the ″Fructus Ligustri Lucidi-Ecliptae Herba″ drug pair, acting on 248 targets, mainly involving multiple signaling pathways in biological processes such as humoral regulation, oxygen response, cell apoptosis, and neural receptor interaction.Conclusion Network pharmacology method reveales the main pharmacological mechanism of ″Fructus Ligustri Lucidi-Ecliptae Herba″ drug pair.
