Research on the comprehensive and cohesive learning effect evaluation model of clinical medical students during their internship

Abstract:Objective To explore the best method to evaluate the learning effect of clinical medical students during their internship.Methods Altogether 92 students in clinical medicine of Mudanjiang Medical College were selected as teaching objects from July 2013 to June 2018.The students were divided into control groups and observe group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was evaluated with routine teaching effect method,and observe group was evaluated with comprehensive and connected learning effect evaluation model.After the internship,teaching effect was evaluated from three aspects: students′learning situation of theoretical knowledge,comprehensive ability and teachers′evaluation.Results In the self-assessment aspect of theoretical knowledge learning,the self-evaluation results of extended knowledge in the observe group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).In the self-assessment aspect of comprehensive ability,the scores of observe group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of teacher evaluation and in the second half of the internship period,the favorable rate of the observe group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice stage,according to comprehensive and connected learning effect evaluation model to evaluate the effect of internship,which can effectively improve teaching effect of clinical medical students.
