Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of all-ceramic restoration and composite resin in the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth defects. Methods 104 patients with maxillary anterior teeth defect treated in our hospital from November 2014 to July 2018 were selected and divided into resin group(n=52)and all-ceramic group(n=52)according to different restoration methods. The resin group was filled with composite resin, and the all-ceramic group was restored with all-ceramic crown. The repairing effect, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate of all-ceramic group was 96.15%higher than that of resin group (82.69%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total complication rate of all-ceramic group was lower than that of resin group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of retention function, aesthetics and masticatory function satisfaction of all-ceramic group were significantly higher than that of tree group.Lipid group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Dental preparation and treatment cost score was significantly lower than resin group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with composite resin,all-ceramic restoration of maxillary anterior teeth can obtain better restoration effect, better masticatory function and aesthetic effect, and is conducive to the maintenance of periodontal health. The disadvantage of all-ceramic restoration is that a large number of tooth tissues need to be abraded, but the overall application value is higher, which can be based on the clinical defect.Location and area to choose the appropriate way of repair.
