Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in patients with gestational hypertension with elevated Ddimer. Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension with elevated D-dimer from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin alone. The blood Ddimer level, platelet count, prothrombin time and average treatment time of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and observed. Results There was no significant difference in the number of platelets and prothrombin time between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The number of platelets and prothrombin time after treatment in he two groups were higher than those before treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05). The number of platelets and prothrombin time in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in D-dimer level between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The level of D-dimer in the two groups decreased after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05). The D-dimer level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average treatment time for D-dimer to normal in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DVT in patients with gestational hypertension with elevated D-dimer has good clinical efficacy, comprehensive effect, less side effects on pregnant women and fetuses, and high safety.
