Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection and characteristics of cervical secretions including Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and common pathogenic microorganisms from leucorrhea in genitourinary tract infection women. Methods From January 2015 to September 2017,a total of 100 female patients with genitourinary tract infection admitted to our hospital were studied.By real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR),conventional culture,Gram staining, the infection and characteristics of cervical secretions including NG,CT,and UU and common pathogenic microorganisms from leucorrhea were observed. Results The positive rate of UU was significantly higher than that of NG and CT,with statistical differences(P<0.05).In detection of leucorrhea, the positive rate of Gram-positive dialister bacteria was higher(P<0.05).In the positive detection rate of mixed infection, only mixed type of CT+UU was detected. For positive detection of leucorrhea mixed infection, compared with other types, the positive detection rate of mixed infection of Gram-positive dialister bacteria+Gram-negative bacteria was more prominent(P<0.05).Conclusion NG,CT,UU of cervical secretions and common pathogenic microorganisms of leucorrhea in female genitourinary tract infection patients all display varying degrees of infection. The detection rate is also significantly different. After mixed infection,it is more complicated, suggesting that it should be paid attention in clinic.
