Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the conscious analgesia effect of Remifentanil in overweight outpatients undergoing hysteroscopy.MethodsFrom June to August 2016,82 overweight patients underwent hysteroscopy in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,41 cases in each group. The control group was given Remifentanil combined with Propofol anesthesia, while the observation group was given Remifentanil anesthesia. The HR,MAP,SpO2and RR were compared between the two groups at four moments included pre-anesthetic(T0),placed the vaginal speculum(T1),placed the 6#cervical dilator(T2),and the end of hysteroscopy(T3).And the adverse reactions, the postoperative recovery time, the pain simulation score (VAS)and the patients′satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference at different time points between the two groups in the levels of HR,MAP,RR and SpO2(P>0.05).The levels of HR,MAP and RR in T1,T2,T3were significant lower than that in T0(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the VAS score (P>0.05).The time of recovery after surgery in the observation group was significant difference shorter than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of drug reactions caused by anesthesia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Remifentanil in overweight outpatients undergoing hysteroscopy, can keep patient awareness, can significantly reduce the adverse reactions caused by anesthesia, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and satisfaction degree,it is worthy of promotion.
