Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of waveone system combined with one-off root canal therapy in chronic periapical periodontitis of the anterior deciduous teeth.MethodsFrom September 2016 to August 2017,50 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of the anterior deciduous teeth treated in our outpatient clinic were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by computer random sampling method.In the observation group,Waveone system was used.In the control group,traditional stainless steel k file was used for root canal preparation.The two groups were both treated with one-off root canal therapy and filling.The time of root canal preparation and postoperative effect between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe preparation time in the observation group and control group was(5.13±0.15)s and(7.26±0.19)s respectively with a statistical difference (P<0.05).In the observation group,the total postoperative effectiveness rate was 96%,and 72%in the control group,which was displayed a statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionFor the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of anterior deciduous teeth,application of Waveone combined with one-off root canal therapy can obtain a remarkable effect,and effectively shorten the operation time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
