囊内注射曲安奈德与切开引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果对比

摘要目的探讨耳廓假性囊肿应用囊内注射曲安奈德与切开引流治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年2月～2016年12月收治的100例耳廓假性囊肿患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组患者予以切开引流治疗，研究组患者予以囊内注射曲安奈德治疗，治疗30 d后复查出现复发接受二次治疗。记录研究组首次治疗及二次治疗后的临床有效率，比较两组患者治疗6个月后临床效果、复发情况、患者满意度情况以及不良反应情况。结果研究组患者二次治疗后临床总有效率为92.00%，显著高于首次治疗（76.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者治疗6个月后临床总有效率（92.00%）显著高于对照组（72.00%），差异统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组复发率（4.00%）显著低于对照组（30.00%）；研究组患者总满意度（92.00%）显著高于对照组（78.00%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组不良发生率（4.00%）与对照组（8.00%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论囊内注射曲安奈德在耳廓假性囊肿患者中应用相较于切开引流治疗而言，具有较高的临床效果，患者复发率较低，满意度高，具有一定安全性，值得在临床上推广使用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of intracapsular injection of Cu Ann Ned and incision and drainage in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle.Methods100 cases of pseudocyst of auricle treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in the control group were treated with incision and drainage,and 50 cases in the study group were treated with intracapsular injection of Triamcinolone acetonide.After 30 days treatment,the patients relapsed and underwent two treatment.The clinical efficiency of the first treatment and the two treatment were recorded,and the clinical effects,recurrence,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 6 months of treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate(92.00%)of the study group after two treatment was significantly higher than that of the first treatment(76.00%)(P＜0.05).After 6 months,the total effective rate(92.00%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.00%)(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate of the study group (4.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.00%).The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%)(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group (4.00%)was not significantly different from the control group (8.00%)(P＞0.05).ConclusionIntracapsular injection application of Triamcinolone acetonide in auricle pseudocyst patients compared with incision and drainage treatment,clinical curative effect is high,the recurrence rate is low,a high degree of satisfaction,has certain safety,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
