血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白联合检测评估肺结核的治疗效果

摘要目的分析血清白蛋白（ALB）、血红蛋白（HGB）和前白蛋白（PA）联合检测评估肺结核的治疗效果，为治疗肺结核患者提供科学依据。方法选取2015年1月～2017年3月我院收治的147名肺结核病患者作为研究对象，以肺结核病患者自身为对照，联合检测肺结核患者治疗前后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和前白蛋白的变化，评估治疗效果。结果肺结核患者治疗后的ALB、PA和HGB均呈升高趋势，且ALB和PA相对于治疗前差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。治疗前后的血红蛋白比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.245）。白蛋白值的改变不受性别（P=0.601）和年龄因素（P=0.707）的影响，而与住院天数呈正相关（P＜0.001）。前白蛋白改变则不受患者性别、年龄和住院时间的影响（P＞0.05）。结论血清白蛋白和前白蛋白水平的变化可作为监测肺结核病药物治疗效果的客观标准，且前白蛋白不受肺结核患者性别、年龄和住院时间的影响。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB)and prealbumin(PA)in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods147 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as research object.Based on the control of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,serum albumin,hemoglobin and prealbumin in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after treatment were measured to evaluate the therapeutic effect.ResultsThe level of ALB,PA and HGB of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis increased after treatment,and the difference of ALB and PA after treatment was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P＜0.001).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin before and after treatment(P=0.245).The change in albumin was not affected by gender(P=0.601)and age(P=0.707),but was positively correlated with hospitalization time (P＜0.001).Prealbumin was not affected by patient sex,age and hospitalization time (P＞0.05).ConclusionThe changes of serum PA and ALB levels can be used as an objective criterion for monitoring the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis drugs,and prealbumin is not affected by the gender,age and hospitalization time in patients with tuberculosis.
