Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB)and prealbumin(PA)in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods147 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as research object.Based on the control of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, serum albumin, hemoglobin and prealbumin in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after treatment were measured to evaluate the therapeutic effect.ResultsThe level of ALB,PA and HGB of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis increased after treatment, and the difference of ALB and PA after treatment was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin before and after treatment(P=0.245).The change in albumin was not affected by gender(P=0.601)and age(P=0.707),but was positively correlated with hospitalization time (P<0.001).Prealbumin was not affected by patient sex,age and hospitalization time (P>0.05).ConclusionThe changes of serum PA and ALB levels can be used as an objective criterion for monitoring the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis drugs, and prealbumin is not affected by the gender, age and hospitalization time in patients with tuberculosis.
