Abstract：Drug bidding refers to a kind of transaction that the bidding procurement agency sends out the notice of drug bidding,explains the name,specification,quantity and other conditions of the purchase,and invites enterprises to bid in a prescribed time and place in accordance with a certain procedure.The management of drug bidding and purchasing in our hospital mainly includes network purchasing,emergency purchase and temporary purchase,which has achieved good results in the process of implementation,but there are also many problems in practice.This paper analyzes the main problems arising from the procurement of drugs from the hospital,the winning enterprises and the government,and discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems.
